Bridget Chiinze heads the Ushering Ministry of Praise Covenant International Church. Her main duties are to direct and greet people as they come to worship and fellowship during the Sunday Service and distributes pamphlets, church bulletins, and literature on the church to visitors as they arrive and as they depart. The Ushering Ministry is used by God to testify to all who come through the doors of Praise Covenant International Church, the love of God, fellowship, and hospitality that exists in the church. The team ministers to those entering the church with a willing heart, integrity, and a smile on our faces.
Tonderai Mabvura serves as the Sound Technician Coordinator responsible for checking and preparing all the sound equipment for events setup, spearheads sound setup for services and events, performs sound mixing, sound recording, and editing through tweaking sound levels and monitoring of audio signals during events. He also performs minor repairs or troubleshoots problems to prevent feedback or other technical issues with equipment during church services.
Tapiwa Manjengwa serves as the youth leader for Praise Covenant International Church. His role is to build a sense of community within the youth of the church that cultivates opportunities for both spiritual and social development. As a youth leader, Tapiwa works with his Vice-Chair, Michelle Makayi, and a youth board of 5 members to advance the Kingdom of God and bring young people the Kingdom of God. Tapiwa is also responsible for ensuring that church youth members are working under the vision of the church and facilitates youth activities, youth meetings, and various youth initiatives. He serves with a sense of passion and conviction to see the youth rediscover their God-given purpose and to become agents of change.
Shepherd Matsongoni is the head of the Media Team. He coordinates with his team to effectively use edited film, video clips, PowerPoint, and recorded music to enhance the overall worship experience and also coordinates the presentation of Sunday services on-line. His team constantly works on updating the church website, Facebook, youtube, and twitter accounts and uses them as a platform to advertise church events and share the gospel of the Kingdom of God all over the globe.
Yevedzo Chipangura serves as Praise Covenant's International Church Welfare Fund Leader. Her job is to oversee the ministry to people who need assistance in time of trouble (sickness, funeral), or special occasions like weddings and graduations. She is responsible for fundraising and collecting monthly contributions towards the welfare fund, keeping records and updates of every event, and making sure everyone understands how they will benefit from the welfare fund.
My name is Mwayi Pankuku and I am the Children’s Ministry Coordinator. My responsibilities include, teaching the Gospel of the Kingdom of God to children through praise and worship, bible study, prayer, fellowship, and service activities. I work directly with the parents and our Pastor to guide the children as they grow in faith. “Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old, they will not turn from it.” Proverbs 22:6
Nash serves as PCIC’s Praise & Worship Leader. With a background in music from a very young age, he has assisted in the formation of a praise and worship team and Church Band as well as leading Sunday worship services, preparing and leading rehearsals in addition to working with the Pastor to support the vision and mission of the church. Nash is also responsible for continuous development of the worship team for events that include but not limited to concerts, talent shows, prayer and worship events, etc.
As the treasurer, Mrs Chiinze safeguards the organization's finances. Her role involves banking church monies, financial planning and budgeting of the church. Mrs Chiinze works with the finance chairperson to oversee proper keeping and recording of finances. As the treasurer, she is an information and reference point for the finance chairperson and other church committee members. Simply put, as the treasurer, she has a watchdog role over all aspects of financial management whilst working closes with the finance committee.
Evance Chiinze serves as the Church Administrator. His role is to liaise and connect between the Pastor and all ministries encompassed within the church with special focus on Administrative duties for the general welfare of the church. Overall maintenance of records, publications, programs and documentation handling; facilitator of leadership meetings as well as preparation of reports for the church leadership and board.
Lorriet Charles serves as the Praise Covenant International Church secretary. She offers clerical support and serves as an information and reference point for the Pastor, chair, other committee members and the church. She ensures meetings are effectively organized, documented, maintains and updates the calendar for all church activities.
